My Story

For over three decades, Melanie Dulbecco has led Torani with a bold vision: to be an Opportunity Company that creates meaningful pathways for people to get ahead -economically and in learning, growth, and development. As Torani's first CEO from outside the founding family, she has grown the company from a small, family business into a purpose-driven global brand rooted in shared success. Under Melanie's leadership, Torani has delivered over 30 years of double-digit, year-over-year growth with zero layoffs, proving that business success and social good can go hand in hand. Guided by Torani's purpose, Flavor for all, Opportunity for all, Melanie has embedded radical people-first practices into the company. Her leadership led Torani to stay in the Bay Area, relocating its headquarters to San Leandro, not for tax incentives or lower costs, but to better serve its team and strengthen our local communities.
